==========Safety Measure==========

Masks are optional for clients. However, your therapist is wearing one.

Cancel your appointment if you or your family feel sick, tested positive for COVID, or close-contacted with COVID positives. I may cancel your appt for the same reason.

• If you or your family have any of the symptoms such as cough, breathing problems, fever, chills, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or other uncomfortableness, stay home! You can cancel your appointment online up to 24 hour before your appointment. 
• Due to the limited number of people allowed in the treatment room, I am not able to work on minors.
• To minimize the consultation time, please fill out the forms you receive via my email before every appointment:

If you are a NEW CLIENT, please submit "CLIENT INTAKE FORM" attached to the confirmation e-mail at least 12 hours prior to your first appointment.

If you are a RETURNING CLIENT, please submit "REASON FOR VISIT FORM" attached to the confirmation e-mail. 

• The bathroom is clean. Nobody uses it before you come. 
• Air purifier is turned on during each session. 
• I will wash my hands all the way up to triceps with soap and running water before and after each session.
• I have gotten vaccinated. I will wear medical scrubs and a face mask to protect both my clients and myself.
• Contact less payment is available.
• Before and after each session, I let in the fresh air, and wash up all the equipment with disinfecting wipes and alcohol. 
• As always, the sheets and linens in the treatment room are clean.
