• To serve you better, please fill out intake forms at your earliest convenience.

• You can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before your appt. $50 fee will be charged for No Show/Late Cancelation. 

• Payment is required at check out. I accept cash, check, major credit cards, and Venmo. 

• Male clients are limited to my existing clients' husbands/partners.
